Welcome to the Cajun Queen! We are a coastal inshore trophy redfish operation that will give you the best fishing trip possible!

Cajun Queen was established in 2023 between two longtime hunting and fishing buddies, Jason Hill & Drake Dawson. Drake Dawson, also the founder of Safari Unlimited, our sister international hunting company, has spent years in southern Louisiana fishing the waters and spending time with friends who became family. Both Jason & Drake's love for fishing prompted them to want to share all that the coastal waters of Louisiana had to offer. Owning & operating a bay boat has been a shared dream for a long time and we are more than excited to see it come to fruition. 

Now that we have our 26ft fish catching machine we needed a captain! We are proud to introduce Captain Nathan Atwell! Capt. Nate has spent years fishing the gulf coast in Alabama and guiding multiple hunting & fishing operations for Safari Unlimited. An expert fisherman with a southern attitude, he is the perfect pirate to captain our Cajun Queen and put you on the fish! As a family owned and operated business we pride ourselves on making our guests feel right at home while giving them the opportunity to reel in some big reds and whatever else we might catch along the way!
